City Sleek

blue trouser crop

Good Afternoon lovelies, I hope your all feeling as great as I am!

This weeks post features a look which I feel is great for those days when its warm, but not a shorts kind of day i.e. your up in the city and want too look a bit sophisticated.

The peplum vest top was recently bought from Asos, I love this vest as the cotton fabric is so comfortable and it doesn’t look too dressy- as some of my other peplum tee’s do.

I wore my electric blue trousers from H&M to add a bright dash of colour and, of course, paired it with my favourite neon yellow bag from Urban Outfitters which is turning into my investment of the season.

The jacket was another bargain from the H&M sale (I did really well this year), it only cost £10 and it is the perfect cover up for any outfit- plain or otherwise! The bomber style is quite casual but the tiger pattern stops it from being just another jacket. Plus the lightweight material makes it perfect for throwing on when it get a little chilly yet not too heavy to weigh down your handbag!

On my feet I decided to wear some monochrome ballet pumps from Primark as they anchor the tones found in the outfit and don’t overpower the bright colours found elsewhere.

Thanks for reading, see you again next Wednesday (hopefully as exams are still looming).

Hugs and Kisses,

Little White Summer Dress

white dress final

Hey guys, sorry that I’ve been missing for a week but with Uni deadlines and revision to be done it’s hard to find any spare time!

So now that I do have a few moments I would like to share with you the cutest summer dress and jacket combo.

The white dress from Zara is the perfect fit, it flares nicely from the waist and will compliment any figure with its low v neckline.

I paired it with my floral jacket from Pull and Bear which I absolutely adore! The fit is perfect with a nipped in waist and very comfortable to wear all day.

My heels are also from Zara and the headband was made by me around a year ago!

I hope you enjoyed this look, hopefully there will be another next week (revision dependent) waaah!

Until then, Hugs and Kisses,

Neon Lace

Good afternoon guys! Its a sunny day in Manchester (finally) so hopefully I can start wearing some more summery clothes, and get a tan to match!

My skirt today is from Topshop and its a gorgeous neon lace which will look perfect under the sun on holiday. However as it’s not 30°c, yet, I have decided to wear my Gilly Hicks tee and a pair of neon pink/grey heels to add a colour clash.

My necklace really was my buy of the month, found in the H&M sale as I was strolling through the store to take a short cut. I have been looking for a really glitzy piece and this one is perfect. The orange stones pick out the orange skirt and will look great with blue tones in future outfits.

I hope the weather is good where you are and your feeling just as summery as me!

Jewel Tones at the Tate

Hi Readers! I was at the Tate this week to see the Roy Lichtenstein exhibition.

His use of bright colours inspired me to do a colour clash of my own with royal blue trousers paired with my emerald green pumps. Luckily I recently bought a necklace from H&M which features these tones so this item helped to pull the look together. My jewelled clutch added some sparkle and gave the look an elegant twist.

Till next Wednesday!

Hugs and Kisses,

Dreaming of Coachella

coachella floral shorts

The sun finally made an appearance in London which has put me in such a summery mood, combined with all of the Coachella buzz I just couldn’t resist capturing a festival look for you guys!

Top: H&M

Shorts: TK Maxx

Shoes: New Look

Bag: Bershka

This clutch bag is one of my favourite buys recently. The neon trim makes it a real statement piece but being combined with the canvas it stops the accessory from overpowering the outfit.

Lets hope the sun stays out from now on!

Monochrome + Gold

Monochrome looks can often feel quite bland to wear so I decided to liven up the classic with polka dots.

Teamed with black suede wedges, a Chanel handbag, gold chain and optional matching black lips monochrome can make a real visual impact!

Top: Charity shop with customised fringing

Skirt: Primark

Shoes: Stolen from my sister

Bag: See above

Necklace: Topshop

Let me know how you would liven up a monochrome look!

Hugs and Kisses,

Final cut

Hi everyone, today I was in South Kensington trying to keep warm in the glum London weather. After waking up and seeing the clouds outside I decided to brighten up my day a little with my bright mint trousers from Forever 21, which are also super comfy. I sensibly chose my long sleeved Asos tee as I have to face the fact that I don’t live in Australia (although I want to in the future).

I accessorised with my River Island fur headband that I bought around a year ago but have only worn twice. Note to self; wear more often! My embellished necklace recently bought in the H&M sale for a bargain price of £5, gold watch and studded cream clutch bag finish my look and add some interesting textures.

Of course I finished my look with my black boots, mainly as I left all of my other shoes in Manchester- oops.

Next week I’m going shopping so hopefully I will have some lovely items to show you guys! Oh and just to let you know there will be anew post up every Wednesdayso keep updated.

Till then, Hugs and Kisses,
